Richard Burr’s 2019 Summer Hockey Off-Season Training Program is set up to start Spring and Summer sessions running our Empress location.
All levels are welcome with session times based on age ranges. Register yourself, your son or your daughter for this unique opportunity to experience a high performance off-season training program focusing on strength and conditioning while educating, encouraging, coaching, and motivating you to reach your next level of performance.
FOCUS AREAS OF THE OFF-SEASON HOCKEY TRAINING PROGRAM
This programming will work on fixing imbalances with corrective exercise, improve mobility, agility, strength, power and overall fitness. Athletes will be incorporating a wide variety of movements and activities and be educated on how to better take care of their bodies and optimize their health, fitness and well-being.
