Our services include personal training, athletic therapy, sport-specific training (especially hockey), youth athlete programs, group training and bootcamps, massage therapy, and tailored nutrition coaching.
We work with athletes at every level—beginners, youth, weekend warriors, and pros. All programs are tailored to your current ability and goals, ensuring every client gets the right support and challenge.
Getting started is easy—book a complimentary assessment and consult. We conduct a thorough physical and movement evaluation, discuss your goals, and design the ideal program or therapy plan for you.
Many extended health plans cover athletic therapy and massage services, and we can provide invoices for reimbursement. Training sessions are typically not covered, but we’re happy to help you check your benefits.
We have deep expertise in hockey training, but also routinely work with multi-sport athletes, including soccer, football, basketball, and more. Programs are always adapted to the athlete’s needs and sport requirements.
