Youth/Amateur Athletes


Richard Burr Fitness excels in the area of high performance amateur and youth athlete training. These athletes are looking to reach the next level of their chosen sport. They can be as young as 12 years old or young adults moving on the college/university or professional ranks. Training is based on the latest exercise science coupled with years of experience of proven results. Regardless of the age of the athlete, all are treated with the same level of value and intensity suitable to their developmental capabilities. Working with youth to young adults requires recognition of growth & development through the teenage years. Richard Burr Fitness respects the individuality of each athlete and tailors the programs as needed. Our highest priority is to help our athletes succeed with training that is effective as well as safe from injury.

Richard Burr Fitness has worked with athletes from hockey, soccer, softball, tennis, swimming, judo and many others. We also promote good citizenship & respect for others both in sport & daily life.
